Anything that will help with cardio. We will eat lots of fish (deep water fish)
Vitamins
Teas lots of good tea.
Our Health
Charles is 6' 4" and 210 lbs.(Goal 190)
Still smoking but trying.
Jacquie is 5' 7" and 162 lbs. (Goal 130)
Non-smoker as of 1-17-08 was 132 before I quit smoking.
I am up to 150 sit ups a day.
